Shipping:

  • We only ship via 2 day or faster service during warm weather months. Our insulated foam cooler package will keep your cheese in good condition for up to two days. UPS ground shipping is 2 days to most of the midwest U.S. If your shipping address is greater than 2 days via UPS ground, you must select 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air as your shipping method. View our UPS Ground Delivery Time Map to see if your shipping address is within 2 days via UPS ground.
  • All orders are packaged in a reusable insulated foam cooler with frozen gel packs. The cooler is then placed in a cardboard shipping carton. The cost of the cooler package, as well as the additional weight of the ice packs, are calculated and included in the shipping charge during checkout. The cooler will hold up to about 20 pounds of cheese. If ordering more than 20 pounds, please call to discuss shipping options and charges.
  • You can also check UPS ground delivery time to your destination zip code at ups.com. We ship from zip code 53569. Enter a Monday as the "Shipped On" date in the UPS calculator to get an accurate number of days.
  • We ship via UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. The shipping address must be a street address. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please verify the shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Our shipping charges are the actual UPS shipping cost plus the cost of packaging as described above. We do not inflate the prices of our products in order to offer cheap or "free shipping" like merchants of higher priced electronics, etc. Sadly, UPS charges can easily exceed the cost of the cheese on small orders, particularly in summer months due to the necessity of the cooler package and the extra weight of the ice packs due to the perishability of the products. You can determine the shipping charges for an order by starting the check-out process. After entering the "ship to" address and selecting a shipping method, click the "continue" button. The shipping charges will be displayed on the next screen. You can use your browser's "back" button to change the shipping method and price another shipping method. You can cancel the checkout process at this point, before you enter any billing or payment information.

Secure Server: Our website is hosted by Yahoo! Merchant Solutions, one of the oldest and largest ecommerce engines on the internet. All orders are processed by Yahoo! using secure servers. You will see a padlock in your web browser's border when you are prompted for payment information during the checkout process which indicates the page is secure.

Phone Orders: We will be happy to take your order over the phone. Just give us a call during store hours.

Credit Cards: We will not charge your credit card until your order ships. The billing name and address you enter when ordering must be the same as the name and address of record for the credit card.

Delivery Dates: We normally ship early in the week so packages arrive by Friday. If you want your shipment to arrive by or near a certain date, please indicate that in the Special Requests Box on the order page.

Gift Cards: We will be happy to include a gift card with your name(s) and short message. Simply request it in the Gift Options section on the order page.
